As the evaluation server is still improving, if you have problems using them, you can choose to send the results with correct
format to Email:
doai.cvpr2019@gmail.com. Please attach your Team name, Institute and team members to
the email, otherwise we can not guarantee the results will be evaluated. The evaluation process
executed by human takes about 2 days, please take it easy.

For evaluation, you must registrate and submit on the evaluation server.
Your submission must include results on the whole test images in DOAI2019.

Note, in the evaluation, the instances with a difficult label is also included, which is different from the DOTA-v1.0.
